What is Voyager App? The Voyager app connects to multiple exchanges, offering customers unmatched access to the crypto market, competitive prices on trades, and faster, more reliable execution. It is a broker facilitating trading for our client base in the digital asset space utilizing its proprietary routing technology.
To open a Voyager account, download the app from either the Apple app store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). Once the app has successfully downloaded to your phone or tablet, open the app and tap “Sign Up.”
The Voyager app will guide you through a series of screens that will collect data points allowing Voyager to perform required identity verifications and comply with our requirements as a financial institution under the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) regulations.
After your account is set-up and your compliance verification is completed, you will receive a notification through the app letting you know that your account was successfully opened. You will now be able to proceed with funding your account and begin trading.
How to Buy Digital Assets on the Voyager App
- Get the Voyager App: Now available in Apple iTunes Store and Google Play Store, visit the store and search Voyager or download now.
- Open a Voyager Trading Account: Fill in your personal information to create a trading account. As a licensed financial institution, we’re required to collect this information to protect our users, but know that your personal information is always safe with us.
- Link your Bank: Link your bank account by navigating to the User Icon on your Market Screen. On your account page, tap “Bank Accounts” and add your bank.
- Fund your Voyager Account: To deposit USD, go to your account page and tap “Transfer Cash or Crypto” & tap “Deposit to Voyager Account” and select USD. Then enter the amount of USD you’d like to transfer and slide the “Slide to Deposit USD” banner. Now you can trade instantly.
- Buy: Navigate to the Market Screen scroll until you reach the asset of your choice and tap to access the asset’s page, then tap “Buy XXX.” Insert the amount of USD you’d like to spend and slide the “Slide to Buy XXX” purple banner to complete your purchase.
You can deposit BTC, ETH, VGX and many other assets by generating a deposit address in our app and then going to the wallet/exchange account from which you want to transfer the assets and initiating a transfer to that address.
All Voyager interest rates are annual. In order to find the monthly rate you will receive, please make sure to divide the annual rate by 12. In order to earn interest, you must maintain an average balance in your Voyager account for the interest-bearing asset meeting the monthly minimum holding requirement set by Voyager.
You can either purchase your crypto assets within the Voyager app or send them to your Voyager account from a crypto wallet stored outside of Voyager. The interest requirements vary by coin, so please check the app for the most up to date information.
Interest payments will typically be paid within 5-business days of the end of each month. Your account must be open on the payable date in order for you to receive the interest payment.
By signing up for a Voyager account you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all of Voyager’s terms and conditions. You must be 18 years or older and have not previously been suspended or removed from the Voyager Platform to have an account. You must reside in a state where Voyager is permitted to operate.
