Move money electronically between your VyStar account and other Financial institutions with ease. The new External Transfer process allows you to make your VyStar loan payments using your external accounts. First you’ll need to set up any external accounts you plan to move money to and from. If you’re looking to make a payment without logging in, the ‘Make a VyStar Payment’ option is still available on our homepage.
Adding Alerts to your account is a great way to stay on top of your spending habits. Account Alerts help track when your money enters and leaves your account. Set up alerts to know when your card was used or to help avoid overdrafts – it’s like having a personal teller on your device.
Trying to decide which alerts you’ll want? Don’t worry, Security Alerts are automatically enabled so we’ll help keep your account secure while you decide which alerts best fit your needs. You can choose from Account and Transaction Alerts.
Security Alerts and Push Notifications (for iOS and Android app users) will be enabled automatically. To ensure your account is always protected, Security Alerts cannot be turned off. Push Notifications can be turned off on your mobile device.
VyStar Member Requirements
- VyStar member. Here’s what’s required to get started:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are a U.S. Citizen or Resident Alien
- $5 for your initial deposit
- A U.S. Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, or State ID (If using a Military ID or Passport, other documents may be required.)
- Your Social Security number
- Your online banking login credentials
Whether you log in from your desktop computer or you use the VyStar app, If you’ve logged in within the last 120 days, you’ll use the same login credentials you already use. For those members who haven’t logged in in a while, you’ll receive an error,

You can download Direct Deposit forms for any account from Profile & Settings, then Direct Deposit in Online & Mobile Banking. You always have access to your statements online. If you’d like to receive paper statements along with your e-Statement access, you can change this setting in Online & Mobile Banking under Profile & Settings, then Statements Delivery.
