After the Chase account opening, you can activate the Chase Card using the Chase App. When the activation process finish, your card will be delivered to you address and the card details can be seen from your App itself.
For receiving the Cashback, you need to activate the cashback from Chase App home. This offer will be added to your account for a period of one year.
