3) Do not click on other advertisement banners or links on the store’s webpage when shopping.
4) Disable your Ad Block software and all other extensions such as Cashrewards/Honey/Qantas. Adblockers and the other extensions will affect Cashback tracking.
5) Make sure that ShopBack’s app and the Partner’s store app is updated to the latest version for app purchases.
6) Use Incognito/Private Browsing window to shop.

With every successful purchase you make through ShopBack from our affiliate store of your choice, the store pays us some amount as commission. We share part of the commission with you, which is the Cashback you will see in your account. Once the store validates and approves the Cashback earned, it is yours to redeem!

Lifetime Earnings are the total earnings in your account from your first day with ShopBack. This will include all pending, confirmed and withdrawn earnings only. If your Cashback was rejected, your Lifetime earning will be adjusted too.
Pending Earnings is the total Cashback in your account that are yet to be confirmed by our partner store.
Available Balance is the total of all earnings that are confirmed in your account. This is the amount you will be able to withdraw as real money!
Withdrawn is the total of Cashback which has been withdrawn from your account.
The Cashback accumulated in your ShopBack account will expire if your account remains inactive (i.e. no successful transactions are made through ShopBack) for a period of more than a year.
In ShopBack Australia, you have to accumulate AUD10 worth of confirmed Cashbacks to be able to withdraw. In other words, you are able to make a withdrawal once you have at least AUD10 in your Available Balance. The maximum you can cash out per day is AUD300.
